Facilities: washing machine, dryer, telephone. Internet (DSL/LAN).

House/Residence

Marco Island: Small, cosy, comfortable villa. 700 m from the centre, directly by the canal. Plants and trees. Private: swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, individual garage. Supermarket, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach 650 m. Golf course 5 km, tennis 3 km. From November 26, 2011 - April 13, 2012 pool heating is included in rental price. From April 13 - November, 24, 2012 pool heating is on request and payable prior to arrival at a cost of 30 USD per week.
