In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking. Supermarket, restaurant 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bathing lake 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, gondola lift 2.8 km, sled run 700 m, cross country ski track 2.5 km, ice rink 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Alpendorf - Snowspace - Skizirkus Amade 2.8 km. Hiking paths: Lichtensteinklamm 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
