The town built by Charles IV along both side of the Moldova is divided in several districts: Stare Mesto (old town), Josefstadt (the picturesque Jewish distric), Nove Mesto (new town), Mala Strana (small section) and Hradcany (Hradschin castle) now under the memorial safeguard act. Over 30 theatres and approx 20 music halls, 2 opera houses, for the joy of music and theatre lovers. The " Prager Fruhling" (Prague in Spring) festival takes place every year from middle May to the beginning of June. Many museums, galleries, library and archives. Indoor swimming pools. Please note that most of roadside parking at district 1,2,3 and 7 are blue zone - residential only. Short term parking zones (green and orange) are limited to 2-6 hours. If you are coming by car, please contact us in advance. We will be more than happy to help you with search for suitable garage, paid or free parking spot at or nearby your apartment.
