For shared use: basketball, volleyball, badminton. Private: property 40 ha, garden 5'000 m2 (fenced), orchard, indoor pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm). Terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: lounge, sauna, steam room, table tennis, billiard table, table football. Parking at the house. Located in the Brodnica Lake District , Private lake on the property (1 pier) with the possibility of fishing with your own equipment. The area is rich in wild animals.
