Interhome Group is committed to sustainable vacation home tourism. We have therefore made it our priority to check the sustainability of our 40,000 approx. vacation homes and vacation apartments. For this purpose, we have defined 12 criteria of our own, which are particularly important to us in terms of environmental protection and the conservation of resources:
- 100% renewable electricity
- Solar panels or photovoltaic system
- 100% ecological heating system
- E-charging station available on the property
- Recycling bins available and recycling station in the locality
- At least 80% of the lighting is LED
- All windows are at least double glazed
- Water-efficient toilets
- Water-efficient showers
- No disposable tableware
- Green areas available in the form of a garden or rooftop garden
- Public transport within walking distance up to a max. 1 km
