Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo)) with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Small balcony 5 m2, large terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced 1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

In the centre of Montagnac, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 km from the sea, 20 km from the beach. Private: courtyard, swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 2 m, depth 100 - 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Sep.). Parking (limited number of spaces), public parking 100 m extra. Shop, grocery, bakery 50 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Béziers" 33 km, sandy beach "Marseillan Plage" 20 km. Tennis 3 km, riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house 2 km. Nearby attractions: Visites viticoles au domaine, Excursion Etang de Thau - Bouzigues 17 km, Chemins de randonnées, Montpellier 50 km, Béziers 33 km, Arles 110 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang de Thau. Hiking paths: L'Aven du Trou du Duc, Circuit du Menhir, Les Balcons d'Alignan du vent. Please note: baby equipment on request (included).
