Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the skiing area, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (4 m diameter, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Aug.). Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Heating to be paid on the spot. Motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Riding stable 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, mountain railway 8 km, ski lift 8 km, slopes 8 km, ski school 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.
