Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Dagro 18 km from Malvaglia: Note: Power is supplied by a solar panel and generator. Stove and boiler are gas-operated. Electrical appliances over 250W can not be operated. Note: Mountain road 19 km from Malvaglia real time 40 minutes. The use of the access road to the Malvaglia Valley has become subject to a fee as follows: CHF 5.00/day CHF 10.00/week CHF 20.00/month. The fee can be paid either in cash with CHF/Euro or by credit card. The toll machine is located in Caslou, right after you cross the bridge. In a hamlet with 6 houses, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: natural state property 100 m2, terraced garden, 15 m2 with meadow 60 m2. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 1.1 km long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). 260 m footpath to the house. Width of access road: 220 cm. Public parking 260 m on the road. Supermarket 18 km, restaurant 5 km, railway station "Biasca SBB-FFC" 55 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 900 m. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona, UNESCO, Castello di Seravalle, Chiesa Negrentino, Archivio Doneta, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Monte Tamaro, Splash & SPA. 390 - 1'400 m a.s.l. >>The Blenio valley runs from Biasca to Lukmanier. Lukmanier pass is sometimes closed in winter. Note: only with winter equipment. Infos under the telephone number 163. Clean water, imposing mountains, a variety of flora, romantic chapels, valuable frescos, 3 museums, patrician houses and rural hamlets are typical characteristics of the valley. From Malvaglia cable car up to Dagro (1413 m), where there is a sunny terrace with a wonderful view of the entire valley. In Leontica, a chair lift leads to the 2123 m of the "Nara'" heights, ski area in winter. Located in alpine parklands, Campra is the best cross-country skiing area in Ticino. Restaurants and the typical Grotti Ticinesi in Biasca, Malvaglia, Semione, Ludiano and Dötra. Winter and Summer Resort. Summer holiday resort. Access: motorway A2 Basel - Chiasso, exit number 44 "Biasca".

Summer

Walking, hiking trekking, mountain bike routes and bathing. Guided tours, riding, canyoning, climbing and paragliding. Mountain lifts, cableways, children's hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

In winter the valley Blenio is a must. Ski-region Nara/Campo Blenio/Campra. 2 chair lifts, 6 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 10 ski runs in the ski region, length 60 km, snowboard slope, snow park. Children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Further ski-regions: Airolo.
